$57k billed to my insurance company for a 1hr 40 minute hospital stay. I guess they probably billed $4700 for that one cough drop, and $14.5k for the follow up call to see how I’m feeling. This is criminal and should be investigated. I cannot fathom nor could they justify this to any reasonable person. Greed is the only explanation I can come up with. This is why our insurance rates are so high. Medical City should be ashamed.

I had the best experience ever here at this surgery center yesterday & I’ve had many surgeries in the past unfortunately but from the check-in to being discharged it was a very pleasant, calming & relaxing experience to say the least especially when nerves are high. All the nurses, staff & anesthesiologist were great as well as my surgeon. Very professional & caring. Top notch👌🏼

The staff here is very nice. I checked in for my tonsillectomy and waited about 20 minutes and was called back by Yoni who is one of the nurses. She was very helpful and made sure to check in on me often. She helped me through my paperwork as well. Mrs. Joni is super sweet and calmed my anxious nerves prior to surgery. The anesthesiologist was very thorough and made sure I didn’t have any questions or concerns prior to surgery. Once I was done Mrs.Vanessa and the rest of the nursing staff were very kind and made sure I was well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this location for your outpatient surgery needs. Thanks to the awesome staff here!

My son had surgery with Dr. Gonzales today and I cannot express the gratitude for him and the medical staff at Watermere Surgery. The process from start to finish was explained in great detail and helped keep my son and myself at ease. Just want to say thank you to the nurses and anesthesiologist for monitoring and making sure everyone was taken care of through the duration we were there. Thank you also for the front staff who reached out before the appointment and had everything ready and effortless when we walked in. The care everyone showed us today was very appreciated. ❤️

Excellent! The team of professionals at Watermere are hands down, the BEST❣️ From the sweet ladies at the front desk who made me feel welcome and taken care of to the entire team of great ladies behind the scenes who took care of me before and after my surgery. (I had a really nice experience with each and every one of you…. which is so important to my stress level and healing - I’m in awe.) I’m so grateful for their kind professionalism! They 100% addressed all my fears and took care of every detail with amazing communication. That goes for Dr. Gonzales and my anesthesiologist as well.
