I’ve had a couple of procedures done at legent hospital. The nurses are very attentive towards the patients. They bring warm blankets if asked. Help patients walking them to the restroom. And back to their room. Very Professional environment Dr. Bruggermans a Top Tier any where he goes. Thank You Legent outpatient Hospital for the best service!

I recently had a cervical disc replacement procedure done in this hospital. They were amazing! The staff was 100% spot on from the minute I walked in the door to the minute they wheeled me out! I couldn't have had a better experience! Thank you for your wonderful care!

I just had a total right hip replacement. This facility and all of the personnel in it were amazing. All of them answered my questions and nobody tried to rush me. The doctors stayed until I stopped asking any questions. From the reception, to the nurses, to the doctors, everyone was professional and caring. I could hardly feel it when the nurse stuck me for the IV. They kept asking if I was OK or if I needed another heated blanket. It made the experience a lot more comfortable than I thought it would be. The Anesthesia was great and explained very well. They treated my adult daughter very well and answered all of her questions. Not a single complaint about the experience and I definitely hope any future surgeries are done at this facility.

I had my knee replacement surgery last July at the Legent in the Singing Hills area of Bulverde. The staff is exceptional. They went out of their way to make me comfortable and every staff from registration to surgery staff, I can’t come up with words to explain the excellent service I received at this facility. They made a bad surgery seem carefree and I was so at ease because of what I experienced there. I have another knee surgery coming up and Doctor Phelps and Legent will definitely be doing my surgery.

Terrible experience since I walked in. From the time I checked in to the time I got taken to get prepped. Terrible experience and the customer service was awful. I arrived at 5:30am and was not taken to a room until 9:40-ish. While I waited, no one, I mean no one gave me any updates. I was just left there alone for 4 hours. Terrible place. However, the part where Dr. Phelps was involved, SUPER!! Fantastic!! He’s an amazing doctor. The an anesthesiologist was also amazing. I was nervous and he made me feel at ease.
