Completely unacceptable and unprofessional experience with orthopedic surgeon’s office, Dr Aziz at Kelsey Springwoods. Absolutely no communication on the cancellation of a scheduled MRI due to insurance requesting a peer to peer 3 weeks prior to the appointment and never notifying me or responding to insurance to have the peer to peer conversation. Radiology called me the night before informing me. Since then a peer to peer was conducted and I have placed 5 calls to find out the results situation of that call. the office phone either rings off the wall or I leave messages never to be returned. The commercials on the care and concern of patients that rely on this medical facility are a joke. I have requested 3 different times for someone to contact me about my frustration and total lack of care and to date not one call

My appointment with PA Abigail Allen could not have gone better. She was able to throughly explain what was going on and asked probing questions to make sure she had all of the info before making a decision on treatment. Grateful that Kelsey Seybold always make sure to take the time with me every time!

This place is amazing. My family of 4 receives almost all our medical care at this facility. Rarely have to wait, polite and competent staff who appear to enjoy their jobs. Very quick turn around for result readings, especially fast imaging results. Their organization is helping us take better care of ourselves.

I have several different doctors who specialize in their field of medicine and each doctor that I have to see is always very detail oriented and answer all of my questions to the tiniest detail. They are all so very caring and compassionate and truly care about their patients. I couldn't ask for a better care team and I'm very fortunate to have found them. I wouldn't go through any other network of providers, as I don't believe that there's any better care out there than the exceptional care that I receive every time I visit.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Kaufman and his team! From my very first consultation, his bedside manner put me completely at ease. He genuinely cares about his patients — not just during surgery, but throughout the entire recovery process. Dr. Kaufman personally checks in often to make sure you’re healing well and feeling comfortable, which truly shows how much he values each of his patients. His work is absolutely incredible — my results exceeded my expectations and look so natural. On top of that, his prices are very reasonable, especially considering the level of care, expertise, and attention you receive. I also have to give a huge shoutout to Laura, his surgical assistant. She’s the sweetest and most responsive person ever! No matter how many questions I had (and I had a lot!), she always replied quickly with kindness and reassurance. If you’re considering a breast augmentation or any cosmetic procedure, I 100% recommend Dr. Kaufman and his team. You’ll be in the best hands possible!
