Very easy experience today. I felt heard, and safe, throughout. Mike, Billy, and Mallie were efficient without making me feel rushed. The anesthesiologist (it's probably your fault I can't remember your name😆) answered my questions patiently. This was my first time meeting Dr. Cozart. I appreciate that he had recommendations based on personal and family history.

Felt like I was an inconvenience to nursing staff and a $ for the MD. After waiting 1 1/2 hrs in waiting room I was met with less than compassionate nurse who told me rudely what all I had done wrong on paperwork. Then she sticks me for IV without warning!! I thought they were supposed to tell you before they stick a person?!?! Not happy with this place!

Been in the waiting room for 2 hours without being called back. A couple stated they were waiting for 3.5 hours on Dr Steele. If you’re that booked up or behind have the decency to let your patients know so they can reschedule! You might have diabetic patients who haven’t eaten since last night and their blood sugar level will have bottomed out waiting on this man. I’m here with my wife and I would’ve been gone a long time ago. I’m sure they’re eating their lunch, while they got us Starving. If you need a colonoscopy go to Howard Memorial in Nashville. Don’t come here

Not something I looked forward too, but EVERYONE was professional. From the time the appointment was scheduled to them calling the day before making sure how the prep was going, and confirming information I needed, to walking out the back door..... it was done with a professional staff and they put me at such ease. My doctor had the best music playing in the procedure room. LOVED IT!!!!
