Was there to see an optometrist regarding an issue ongoing with my left eye now over an event orcurance 6 months ago and instead of making Discovery the cause and relief the information including the event cause the left eye bloch of redness and pain the back of the eye during movement the eye .. this fellow continues the steroid eye drop treatment approach that's been ineffective this problem over the last 6 months then proposed to refer me to an Rheumatologist as if attempting to say the wacked out misguided autoimmune system disorder there's no cure for and i suppose in an round about way trying to disregard everything I had told em about this left eye issue yet this is not been in anyway associated with RA and the problems started after an specific event orcurance that had noting to do with Rhuematoid Arthritis and he offered no information as to the cause the problem with the left eye based in the facts of which provided them the start as i provided the previous eye dr as well yet these folks whom usually can voice some kind of opinion based ths information provided them including symptoms the eye and are attempting to ignore these facts and go about ingnoring the person seeking care inside their profession...

It took them almost 2 hours to get into the back room for surgery and their excuse was there was 8 patients for the morning, having to explain to my 5 y.o why he cant eat breakfast. Fish Pond and Dr. OLSON lied to me telling me my son would have a tooth to take home for the tooth fairy. Yall LIED to my son! Neglective and disrespectful doctors and nurses. My daughters dentist got her in an out of surgery faster than it took us to get into the OR. Do better! Especially when you have other people's kids to care for!

The representative who called me to set up insurance for my son’s surgery coming up that I had no idea about, turned me away from my son having surgery here. Very rude, rushing me, interrupted most times I spoke. Then I looked at reviews that were already low, did not feel comfortable putting him in their hands after speaking with this representative. Very degrading and made me not feel comfortable.
