I had a surgery scheduled at this location for over a month with an in network surgeon I've been seeing for months. The location waited until 3 days before my surgery to verify insurance and tell me they are not in network. Terrible service and experience, I would have chosen a different location for my surgery sooner if I had been notified.

Very positive experience from first contact setting up appointment through the actual procedure. Did have to reschedule due to needing additional test results & doctor schedule, but it was all handled very professionally and promptly. Staff was great, facility was very clean, everything was explained, checked, re-explained. I have been very impressed with 99% of all my dealings with Baylor Waxahachie!

Worst experience ever. I am having a bad reaction to anesthesia from a procedure, but because it is Friday afternoon they can't wait to get rid of me. I couldn't wake up properly and I broke out in a rash and hives. They didn't care. They yelled at me to wake up and get out. Most unprofessional place ever. Stay away.

Had a procedure yesterday and it was fantastic, Dr Anju and his staff were OUTSTANDING. Dr Kevin the Anesthesia made life so easy. But the Nurses were beyond incredible. Great Job team.

I just had surgery there, and I was so impressed! From the moment we walked in until the moment I was wheeled out, my husband and I were treated exceedingly well. Every single staff person we encountered was professional, friendly, and kind. The care was top-notch, and they each did their best to help me feel safe, valued, and secure about my care and well-being. I would use them again, and I strongly recommend this wonderful facility and staff.
