Recently had my very first MRI at this facility and I was extremely scared, but Allie was the one who did my MRI and she was AMAZING. So incredibly kind and patient with me, she truly made the experience better and she was able to help me calm down. She made me feel very comfortable and safe, I truly couldn’t have asked for better experience. She even waited with me afterwards until my ride came. Thank you so much Allie!
I want to say a big thank you to this healthcare place for taking such good care of us. Our time there was really great, all because of the amazing staff, from the friendly front desk people to the doctors, nurses, and CNAs. Even though medical procedures can be uncomfortable, the staff's kindness and understanding helped us feel relaxed and looked after. But there was one not-so-good experience with a nurse named Ronda (or Rhonda) in the recovery room. I understand that healthcare workers see many patients, but it's also important to remember that patients can feel nervous and are going through new and scary things. Ronda's behavior was not what we expected. After the procedure, in the recovery room, when I asked for a blanket because I was cold, she put the warm air pipe on my stomach without connecting it properly to the gown. I had to ask her to fix it, and she wasn't very nice about it and did not do so, stating, I'll be out of the room in 5 mins. I also wanted to know where my husband was, but she ignored my question. After asking again, she finally said I'd see him later at the discharge area. Ronda asked me what drink I wanted, didn't even offer crackers when the patient is hungry for 30+ hours. She didn't show any kindness or concern, which is not what a recovery nurse should be like. She left me on a discharge chair without making sure I was comfortable. Luckily, a CNA who walked by saw I was cold and offered me a warm blanket. Apart from this one bad experience with Ronda, everyone else was fantastic and very caring. Their happy and positive attitude made our time there even better. I'd give the rest of the staff the highest rating, except for Rhonda in recovery room, she truly ruined our experience. I didn't want take away everyone else's hard work only for one bad experience with Rhonda hence the highest ratings.
Ally who did my MRI was super kind, patient and am so grateful for her..6/20/2025 So, today was another tests. Ms Michelle was super great, helpful and courteous. I recently had an MRI appointment at Sugar Land Memorial Hermann Surgical hospital first colony and I can't express enough how pleased I was with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly professional and attentive, making me feel welcome and comfortable. They took the time to explain the procedure in detail, which really helped reduce my anxiety. Their kindness and support were invaluable, and I truly appreciate how they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout the process. Thank you to the entire team at Sugar Land Memorial Hermann for making my visit a positive one! I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing imaging services.
This place, its people and its service was unbelievable! A solid 10 out of 10. You hear all these bad stories about doctor offices, hospitals and bad times but not this place. Setting an appointment...easy, friendly reminders, check in staff acted like "you actually mattered" nurses upstairs and the doctors acted as if you were their only concern in the whole world. This place is the bar were all other medical facilities should strive for.
