I can’t say enough about Willow Park Endoscopy Center, Dr. Angela Saunders is such a caring doctor, and the Staff in the surgical center are the BEST! I was a little nervous going in for my EGD Procedure, but as soon as I walked thru that door my I did feel calm. Each nurse was gracious enough to explain to me what they would be doing, from going over my medications I take, my health history, and the placing of the IV. When I was taken back for procedure, they explained what would be taking place and how they would care of me. A Big Thank You to all of the Staff for the Excellent Care I received. Really great experience. The pre-op nurse Anna was excellent. They made an unpleasant procedure actually very easy and comfortable. The whole staff was awesome.

The people and procedure were great. However, they charged my portion on the day of the procedure and then sent a bill for the same amount a month later. I'm sure they've tricked alot of people into paying twice like that. When I called their billing number to resolve it, the call just goes to voicemail. UPDATE: They replied below to my review and told me to call them. I already called them and left a message on their voicemail. Still no reply. Evidently they have time to respond to Google reviews but not to answer their phone to resolve double billings or reply to voicemails.
