Avoid this place at all costs! They made me pay $1250 up front before my gallbladder surgery, then they messed up & I had to be taken by ambulance to the ER. Now I'm getting bills for over $6000 for the surgery, ambulance, and ER because "some things weren't covered by my insurance" according to their billing department, and on top of that they are claiming I never paid $1250! I've emailed them proof of payment and they are completely ignoring me snd threatening to send me to collections. They are the WORST!

I had an excellent experience at American Fork Surgery Center. The facility was clean, well-organized, and easy to access. That made the entire process smooth and straightforward. The nursing staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. Their friendly approach helped make the experience feel calm and manageable. Every team member I encountered, from the anesthesiologist and surgeon to those supporting behind the scenes, contributed to a high standard of care. All instructions were detailed and easy to follow. The surgeon made sure I had everything I needed for a successful and comfortable recovery. That level of attentiveness and thorough communication made a real difference. I would confidently recommend this center for ankle surgery or any orthopedic care. The expertise and thoughtful coordination I experienced were exceptional.

In September 2025, we visited the Revere Health American Fork Surgery Center in American Fork, Utah. The building is clean and well-maintained, and it is easily accessible from the nearby major roads. We were able to get the medical treatments and follow-ups that we were scheduled for. We have had a good overall experience in getting medical treatment from Revere Health.

If you’re gonna go here make sure you’ve got your money squared away cause they will double charge you for anything you have done and label it differently so that debt collectors will go after you. Don’t even get me started on their inability to bill insurance. $12k that should have been paid by insurance instead bled out of my rear. Absolutely miserable place that needs to be immolated

Brought my mother in for a quick procedure. We were greeted and promptly taken back to the prep area. Within 10 minutes she was in surgery and 20 minutes later it was done. The receptionist, nursing staff and doctor were all very courteous and friendly and I would highly recommend them.
