My anesthesiologist was Dr Priest and he make a plan for my IV so great after many past bad experiences at other facilities Mike was in the operating room and followed the plan perfectly. I highly recommend using their services. They listened to my concerns and followed through. Thank you so very much

I wish I could give zero stars. First off I was scheduled for three days in advance which is fine however I didn’t even hear what time I was supposed to show up until I called at noon the day before. They gave me one time then called me back a few hours later to change their minds and give me a new check in time. I wouldn’t have a problem with that seeing it’s necessary I get this surgery. My problem is with the billing department. They called and insisted I pay my entire deductible which is very large since it’s the beginning of the year. When I told them I can’t do that they continued to insist I pay 50% minimum. The customer experience with billing was very unpleasant and borderline unprofessional. I called right back to cancel as I’ll take my business elsewhere. Most likely somewhere less shady and customer friendly.

I have had two surgeries here. Both went fantastic. Nurses and reception were wonderful. Doctors all very kind and explain any and all questions you may have. Great waiting room with complimentary snacks and drinks for family/significant others/friends that may be waiting for you during surgery

I want to thank the staff at Central Utah Surgical Center. From Check in, registration, pre-op, and then the surgical team in OR, and Post Op and recovery. I came in for my procedure extremely anxious and scared. And everyone was so friemdly, kind, compassionate and understanding. I am really grateful for such a positive experience I had at your facility. The lobby was warm and inviting. And everything was so nice and clean with snacks for my family. And the OR looked to have every new and advance piece of technology there is! I was told they had a record amount of surgeries that day. And my surgery was delayed over an hour and half. The staff remained professional and didnt make me feel as though they were rushed and wanted to leave. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
