I had reservations about using a surgery center but the staff here was above and beyond anything I could have wanted for my surgery yesterday 01/09 My pre op nurse Brooke, was phenomenal and she let me know everything before doing it, and asked my permission before hand. She took the time to explain everything and made me as comfortable as possible! My Pacu nurse George was amazing, and did wonderful at handling my crying as I woke up, and my theatrics (repeatedly reminding me i still had my foot and toes!) he even came in to check on me once i got back to post op. Angie the charge nurse was also amazing. My original post op nurse and me didnt vibe. Angie listened to my concerns and within like two minutes, had another nurse in there for me who was phenomenal. Angie her self continued to check on me Shane- was my 2nd post op nurse after i requested a new one and she was AMAZING. She made sure I was as comfortable as I could be after surgery. If she answered all of my questions walked me through what was normal what was not normal there was no rush to kick me out. They made sure that I was very comfortable and ready to go home before she did anything she also asked me for permission and explained what she was doing so I felt like I have very much had to say in my own care. If i ever have to have surgery agian, id 10000% come here again.

UPDATE: After seeing the response from Utah Valley Outpatient Surgical Center I reached out. Still after two months no one has been in touch. Please, before your surgery, find out who will be providing your anesthesia. Under no circumstances should it be Mountain West Anesthesia. They are an untrustworthy company — fifteen months after my surgery and after I had already paid, I discovered they had sent me to collections without ever contacting me. Check their reviews — I’m clearly not the only one. Trying to get help or clarification from the surgery center or Surgery Partners has been nearly impossible. Patients deserve transparency and communication, not surprise collections long after their procedures.

The nurses were awesome from Albrie at the front who was super awesome very kind and personable! Tesa one of the nurses was awesome! Very kind and personable and Hailey was kind too making surgery a much better experience!

I’ve had about 30 kidney procedures and this was hands down my best yet! The nurses were phenomenal and so friendly! The anesthesiologist really listened! I will definitely push to have any procedures here!

I was absolutely blown away by my experience at the outpatient surgery center. Every single nurse was so incredibly kind. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of, especially with how nervous I was to be there. Even little things like sending me home with multiple slushees because I mentioned that I enjoyed them. I wish I could remember the names of every nurse I interacted with (I do remember Anna and Michelle) but they all deserve raises!!!!
