Dr. Sharma was very attentive, knowledgeable, and was thorough in his explanations. I appreciated his insights and that he gave me various options along with pros and cons to help me feel comfortable with my decisions.
Dr. Larsen is phenomenal! He fixed my deviated septum and his office really cares about there patients. I was able to have all my questions answered before surgery and they were quick to help me solve any post-op concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Larsen and his office for any ENT care you need.
Dr Sharma is incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel at ease throughout my entire visit. He and his staff are very welcoming and care about the patients well being! I would definitely recommend Dr. Sharma and his staff.
Dr. Fulcher performed a tonsillectomy for both my son and myself and we were so impressed with his level of care. He answered many of our questions post- op, always returned calls and could tell he cared. He is very to the point but I love that in a provider.
Meh... Sinus issues are slowly making progress, still not great, my throat situation hasn't been resolved or attended to despite mentioning it to the Dr, pain going on for three months now, felt robotic, just felt like a number not a patient, filled in several forms stating what was wrong, but had to re-explain just for it to be ignored, don't feel like my medical problems were a concern or important, walls are thin could hear all the other patients diagnosis so I assume others could hear my private matters too, but the annoyance of scheduling to come in for a 15:00 appointment around my work just to be told the allergy test can't be done because they don't have electricity, wasn't aware that a allergy test required electricity, that said, where's your power backup? If procedures are underway and power is lost then what? Like seriously, get a generator and emergency power backup solution. Not a great experience so far. Can't and will not recommend. Things need to improve drastically. Update: Went to Dr Butler to have things tended to that were not done at the primary office, what a different and lovely experience, the staff were friendly, the practice was clean and organized, my concerns were addressed, felt like a patient not a number, I'll continue going to Dr Butler.
