I had an eye surgery today, it was great, from the moment we walked in at the front desk, to my nurse Kaycii, to the OR nurses..so friendly and one of them stood by me to comfort me until I fell asleep (can’t remember her name and I am so said, but she had a cute cap on kind of like “Minnie ears”, or double “buns”,, Thank you so much! 🩷 my Anesthesiologist was SO great, put my mind at ease and told me “he would take good care of me”.. he was very knowledgable… last but not lease was Dr. Eftekhari,,, he is amazing, made me feel Comfortable and came up to me right before I went to sleep and also made me feel So confident that he would take care of me.. I also loved how they all treated each other, with the upmost respect..I highly reccomend them all.. thanks so much! Kim Nuttall

I had a macular hole surgically repaired by Dr. Rachael Jacoby on October 27, 2025 at this surgical center. Joann was my nurse and Teresa was my contact person and member of my surgical team. I wish I had the names of everyone I encountered at this surgical center but unfortunately I don’t. Nonetheless, everyone I have mentioned as well as those whom I encountered but didn’t get their name could not have been more kind and concerned while taking care of me. It goes without saying, when you think you may be going blind in your eye, it’s a bit nerve racking. However, everyone at this surgical center was comforting and gave me confidence that the surgery would ultimately fix the issue I was having with my eye. Words cannot express how grateful I am to all of them for the care I received. Without any reservation whatsoever, I highly recommend this surgical center to anyone who may be in need of surgery related to the retina or macula of their eye(s). And Joann, I hope you and your husband have a wonderful experience on your mission to the Philippines. Also, the pastrami sandwich you brought me for the ride home was absolutely the best sandwich I have ever had. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to everyone I encountered for the care you gave me during my stay at this facility,

Friendly staff and efficient process from check-in to check-out. Comfortable waiting room with status board so family can monitor progress through the procedure. Beverages and TV in waiting area.

My experience was completely positive at this facility. Everyone on the staff was kind, friendly and very competent. My nurse did the BEST job taking her time to get my IV in place before my surgery. I didn't have even the slightest bruise or mark afterwards. It was the simplest procedure I've ever had.

In the last 1.5 months, I've been here twice for two eye surgeries. The surgery center was clean and took all of the necessary COVID precautions. I had good experiences both times with all of the front desk staff, nurses, and anesthesiologists. I wouldn't hesitate to have another surgery here.
