My wife was scheduled for a colonoscopy for 0715. We get there at 0640. She checks in, answers all the questions, and shows her insurance card. Then the girl behind the desk tells her that we need to pay $1,600 for the procedure since our deductible hasn't been met. She went through hell the night before with drinking the prep mixture. They didn't offer any finance plan or financial help. We even called in advance and were told everything would be worked out. These heartless individuals only care about the money, not the patient.

When I first got there I was so nervous and had anxiety. I never had a procedure like this done before I didn't know what to expect. The staff here is amazing they took great care of me. The doctor, nurses, anesthesiologist and front desk they were amazing and put my mind at ease and calmed me down. I give them five stars and if I have to come back it will be here. They are kind professional and very caring.

Had both a Endoscopy and Colonoscpy from Wasatch Endoscopy at the St Marks location, they were very professional and friendly for a procedure that can be some what sensitive. I appreciated their good communication on the prep, expectations and the procedure on the day of was a finely oiled machine, taking a only about a hour and half from being taken back to waking up from the colonoscopy, I would suggest them to any one in need of this service.

My husband had a scheduled procedure, the weeks leading up we got multiple texts confirming the appointment, but what we never got was information on how to prep or the “faculty fee” that is due before the procedure. After having to figure out the prep and drink the gross drinks, it seemed like a waste to not get the procedure so we just had to pay the fee (that they refuse to just bill through insurance). The receptionist Ana was very rude and refused to acknowledge that we should have been made aware. Sadly we should have read the reviews before setting his appointment here. With all that being said, the medical staff was very professional and besides the hidden fee and initial rudeness of the front desk it was a great appointment!

JULIA their representative is gonna go above and beyond to express her racism! If you want to experience discrimination And Disrespect then this is the place! If you want to time travel to usa before The Civil Rights Act of 1964 then this is the place! JULIA will profile you based on your race and will peofile you based on your insurance so if you’re on a government insurance then JULIA won’t like it My sister went there on JUL 17, she doesn’t speak good English but she speaks enough English to ask a question as simple as “will my insurance cover today’s visit?” and she wears a head scarf(this will be relevant later) My sister asked JULIA if her insurance covers today’s visit and JULIA didn’t like that and said i don’t know and proceeded to ignore my sister, she asked her multiple times JULIA said that she doesn’t know without looking or checking anything, she decided based on looks that someone that looks like my sister should not be here So my sister called me cause i speak english and JULIA lost her temper on my sister for calling someone outside the facility to help her ask the question in english, it was an easy question that’s not medical terminology, and then JULIA finally decided to say yes the insurance covers today’s visit when i asked her in english over the phone, which was all my sister wanted to know, JULIA doesn’t like doing her job and hates helping anyone that looks different and won’t let you help you help yourself either If you’re from a different race JULIA WILL IGNORE YOU in front of others Also in a past visit the same JULIA answered with a fast I DONT KNOW when asked about a specific place in their facility But i still believe that everyone has good in them and am sure JULIA treats her favorite races nicely JULIA is a lawsuit waiting to happen Good job for the management for having JULIA’s back! I’ve worked with people my entire life and i know when CSR is RACIST and when management is supporting it, JULIA must be the manager’s relative to keep her job this long with this attitude
