I will admit I was annoyed that this is where the surgeries were scheduled since I live 30min away. However, I completely regret those feelings because I would absolutely choose to bring my kiddos here again. Very clean and comfortable waiting area. Quick and efficient with every step in the process. The nurses went above and beyond in taking care of my patients and myself. Seriously so kind. Thank you for making our stressful day so easy.

I had my ACL reconstruction surgery here — Cami, Julie and Brittany took great care of me. I got a call a few days after surgery from them checking on me, and they even sent a card after my surgery sending me well wishes. The staff was kind, helpful, and accommodating to me while I was in their care. I had to wait quite a while for the surgery itself — the time got pushed back a couple hours on the day of and once I was ready for surgery I had to wait an additional almost three hours for the surgeon to be ready. That is how it goes sometimes and I totally understand, it wasn’t their fault and they did their best to take care of me both while I waited and after surgery. I had positive experiences in all my communication with them before the surgery too, they were great at answering my questions and billing was great to work with.

My husband recently had a procedure here and we had such a positive experience start to finish. The entire staff was professional and kind, but we especially want to recognize two standout team members who made a lasting impression. Nurse Shawna was absolutely wonderful. From the moment she took us back to the Pre Op room, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly patient with all of our questions. She made us feel well cared for and took the time to explain everything making sure we felt informed every step of the way. At discharge, Nurse Ryan took over and was just as fantastic. He was upbeat, friendly, and made the final steps of the process smooth and stress-free. He helped us leave with confidence. We're so grateful for the care and attention my husband received. Thank you to Shawna, Ryan, and then entire team for making a potentially stressful day so much easier!

I loved everything about this facility. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Our 4 year old had his tonsils and adenoids removed the other day. Naturally, this being our only child and first surgery, I was a little anxious. The staff did absolutely everything right to make the experience as seamless as possible. Our son was given a warm blanket to get comfy, got to choose a gift from a treasure chest before the procedure, was given 4 choices of “flavored” gas to go to sleep, and taken to a room to watch Bluey. The doctor, anesthesiologist, nurses, and front desk staff were all so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place!
