My rating is based on their billing and not the surgery itself. My surgery went great and it's a great facility and Dr Slade was amazing! Billing and office staff, on the other hand, is horrible. They claimed they notified me of a $120 bill but I never received anything. Things happen and I'm sure it just got lost in the mail. Then they sent it to collections. When they contacted me to tell me they couldn't schedule another surgery because of this balance from 3 years ago the lady was very rude and antagonistic on the phone then lied to me when I requested a copy of the bill and gave me a story about hippa preventing her from getting me the bill unless I came in in person but couldn't tell me office hours I could expect to find them there. I requested to speak with her supervisor and she said the supervisor was busy and she'd transfer me to her voicemail. I was transfered but then hung up on before I could leave a voicemail. I called back in and left a voicemail and Jen, the supervisor, called me back. She verified that I had been given false information and said she'd send me a copy of the bill then suddenly became rude when I asked if there was audio of the previous she could review. When I mentioned that this treatment would towards me would make me think twice before using them again she snapily told me "that's your choice!" Hopefully someone higher up will see this and provide corrective training on how to provide better service.

I had a rhinoplasty done by Dr. Gardner at the Coral Desert Surgery Center and all of the staff there were amazing! Having an elective surgery and being put under general anesthesia was scary for me but everyone there made me feel super comfortable and welcoming. Dr. Gardner was outstanding with his bedside manners and is extremely thorough! I absolutely love what my nose looks like now! I want to shout out a few nurses: JoAnn, my pre-op nurse, you were the sweetest nurse and made me feel so much better about the procedure! And Brittany, my post-op nurse, thank you for caring for me when I got out of surgery! You both made me feel so much better by talking to me about everything going on. You both were so wonderful and I cannot explain how grateful I am to have had two great nurses caring for me during my short stay at the surgery center. And lastly, Dr. Carter, the anesthesiologist, was also exceptional! I appreciate you being kind, thorough, and explaining everything to me when I had questions.

My surgery here was the best one I have ever had. From the girl checking me in to the nurse doing vitals/IV, to the surgeon, to my anesthesiologist, to my discharge nurse. It was such a pleasant experience and so comfortable. Everyone genuinely seemed to care about me as a patient and didn't rush me out afterwards. Ronalee was my discharge nurse and she called me the next day to check in and see if I had any recovery questions. Thank you to everyone there! Such a smoothly running ship!
