I have to share what a wonderful group of caregivers there are at this facility. I had my first eye surgery there and to say I was a bit nervous is an understatement. The young woman they have at the front desk was very kind, personable and professional. My husband waited there for me and commented that she was that way to everyone and even tried to help a woman who was at the wrong facility. It was nice to encounter someone that knows how important customer service and communication is and that she is the face of the organization. My wait wasn’t long and I was checked in by another friendly nurse that got me prepared for surgery, vitals etc and started my IV. She was like having a friend with you. The place was busy and those ladies rocked it! Laying in my cubicle waiting my turn I never heard anyone say anything negative or voice any complaints that you sometimes hear in a busy place . They are a well oiled machine. When the OR staff came to get me, again it was professionalism and kindness. They even apologized for the delay as it was very busy. They chatted me up while waiting for the doctor and completely had me at ease. I never thought I would say that I am looking forward to going back next week for the other eye surgery but I am lol.
My grandma is non english speaking and all the staff were so attentive, kind and professional for her bleph procedure. Her recovery was amazing and even her eyesight improved. Highly recommend
Absolutely terrible. My Mom came in for a surgery on her eye, and the nurse treated her very rudely. She didn't listen when my mom said she has a disc herniation in her back and made my mom move in ways that seriously hurt her. The nurse also kept complaining about not being able to go on lunch break, and would rush my mom despite her having a terrible reaction to the anesthesia and not being able to walk. I understand the nurse has needs too, but being that uncaring after hurting her AND we paid thousands of dollars? Horrible experience.
The female receptionist was extremely rude when I had basic questions regarding what they were collecting money for.
The anesthesiologist and nurses here are incredibly nice and so good at what they do. Everyone I interacted with was extremely kind and went out of their way to make me comfortable. They made a hard, scary day a lot easier and I’m so thankful to them for that. Seriously exceptional staff, thank you everyone.
