They don’t really care about you as the patient, you’re just something they need to get in and out of their facility. Then they screw up your billing (neglect to bill insurance) & blame you and even if you go there in person to get it fixed they don’t care. Avoid this surgical center at all costs if you’re able to!

Amazing.. From the front desk thru recovery.. Mindy knew just what i needed.. Surgery room workers were comforting.. Brad was very comforting with anesthesia.. Brandon was great with implants.. And Dr Anselmo has always been great and knowledgeable.. I felt all the staff made for a great experience.. well, as great as can be for surgery.. Would highly recommend..

I've had a bunch of surgeries and three have been at this facility. These folks are better than the hospitals, because they are smaller. They have more time to take care of you while you're there. They have all been friendly and professional. It's a great place.

Incredible experience from Dr Alan Jones to his staff the nurses and anesthesiologist. Very efficient, professional and kind. First nurse knew my daughter was anxious about the surgery and gave her some anxiety meds to help her and it worked like a charm. Patsy our post op nurse was so experienced and kind she was very thorough about post op care. Thank you Dr Alan Jones for your expertise,knowledge and work in this field. Highly recommend this Dr and this office.

All the clinical staff were top notch and gave personable attentive care. They made my experience easy. The facilities are organized and clean. The procedure was quick and efficient. I was a bit nervous having to go under anesthesia but the staff was quick to ease my anxieties and the experience ended positively. I would pick this facility for procedures any time in the future.
