When I had my surgery done I had never heard of this place and was a little nervous about it. But ones in there and the staff came in it was a total different feeling. They were so nice and fun and took really good care of me! They made all my fears vanish. I would refer everyone I know, and more to this place.
Was very impressed with the care I received today on my surgery the staff here. is very professional and the treatment I received was out of this world I can say I am looking forward to going back when I do the surgery on my hands I want to say a big Thank You for the care I received looking forward to see you all again
Poor prep work causing MULTIPLE issues. I had a scheduled surgery for December 4th. I tried to get an estimate. They didn't know the anesthesiologist costs, but gave me a number to call to find out. That number was a direct personal cell phone to an IT guy at the company in Texas, he didn't know how to help. On December 3rd, the day before surgery, this surgical center called me saying they don't accept my insurance. They didn't check on this ahead of time. I asked if I can just pay the same contracted rates and do it all out of pocket, because I'm on an HSA and it would all be out of pocket either way for me. They said it would be roughly $3500 more. So I cancelled. I now have to change all my month's plans, reschedule for summer, and change my family planned summer vacations then. I'm also out a $250 doctor consultation because they're required within 30 days of surgery. This place just doesn't double check anything properly and it cost me time and money.
I, went there Oct. 7 for a joint injection for the right right SI I had extreme arthritis pain. This place Is extremely perfisional the cleanest operating room. The people that check you in the nurses are happy and fun you don't worry it becomes almost fun. Dr. Daniel Baer is the best He's very comforting and fun, it was the best experience ever, I would suggest going there. If I need to go back that's where I will go. I was on my bic 2 days after doing my miles. A very very good experience. Rochelle Brown
Allie- and Sarah my Pre op nurses-Fantastic job, got me through nausea. Patient kind, kept me informed and introduced to each person on my surgical team. They made sure I had everything I needed for comfort and encouraged me the whole way through. When warm blankets cooled they made sure I had a warm one again, when I had pain they were on top of it. Lee, Kiley and Josh-Friendly, Caring. Professional. Dr Wade Anesthesiologist- introduced himself, checked on all of my stats and history personally. Friendly and personal. Went over the anesthesia process with me, step by step. Assured me that everything would be fine. Dr.Rocco- so amazing, he checked on me prior to the surgery and Post op. Professional, friendly, patient to answer any and all questions. My surgery site was almost without any bruising. Went over all of the Discharge Instructions and post op exercise and CPM. Dr Rocco is very personable and makes his patients feel important and cared for. I highly recommend him as your surgeon. Steve and Heidi did a great job in Admittance, friendly and professional.. At no time before, during or after the procedure at the Ambulatory Surgery Center did I ever question should I be in a Hospital and not where I am at. The facility was clean, well prepped, and well staffed. They made me feel like a family member not a stranger throughout the process I highly recommend the Ambulatory Surgery Center and each member of their staff, surgical team and especially Dr. Rocco. You can tell he cares about every person he works with as well as his patients. My next Total Knee Replacement is scheduled for Nov.17, I would not have anything or person changed. My care was above and beyond. 5***** Sincerely, Cheryl Kidd, 62 years of age.
