Still recovering from the anesthesia so ignore my grammar- but they were all so very nice. I was super exhausted, nauseous, and dizzy from the mixture of fasting and the IV and they were very patient and gentle with me and made sure I didn’t puke. Which is very appreciated. The doctor stayed with me after I woke up and talked with me about arthropods and what I’m going to school for. I don’t often have good medical experiences, being trans and medically overweight but the staff I met today made it as wonderful as a scope being shoved down your throat can be.

I'd honestly give GMSC six stars if i could. The facility is clean and bright but most importantly the staff is incredible. I was a bit anxious going in for my first colonoscopy and they immediately put me at ease. When we got into the surgical room the tech suddenly said "We're missing something very important... music!" and put on some good tunes. The whole vibe of this place is comfortable but professional. If you have the choice of where to go for a surgery, I can't recommend Green Mountain Surgery Center enough.

Not only did she work with my old employer and insurance, but rectified payments shortly after my inquiry. It was above and beyond a typical billing issue and I am grateful for the help.

Had a wonderful experience here. The facility is bright, clean and welcoming. The vibe of the staff, from reception to the doc, was on point. When it came time to "go under" anesthesia, I was feeling relaxed and ready. The staff took the time to answer all questions and made me feel at ease. Overall, a great experience! If you are due for a procedure, this is the place to go.

Exceptional care, all of the staff were kind, compassionate and competent. I went into the center with an abundance of anxiety and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I was as comfortable as I could be. Would highly recommend this surgery center and all of the incredible people that work there. You can tell it is more than a job for them, they genuinely care about the people they have the privilege to care for. I felt like a person and not just a number or case for the day, the facility was really clean and organized. There aren't enough words to be able to express the immense gratitude I have for this place and all of the staff I met.
