Stay the hell out of this practice. I got burned and never go back. Had to wait 45min extra on my appointment! Than on the day of my procedure l show up in hospital just to find out this office didn't even book me. The most un organize doctore office I have ever dealt with. Didn't do the procedure and changed my doctor. Would never go back there again.

Highly recommended. This was my first colonoscopy and the experience was very smooth; from the initial consultation to the final recovery. Initially, I was apprehensive about the procedure, but Dr. McCone and his staff were professional and pleasant. The Anesthesiologist took great care to ensure my comfort level and before I know it, it was over. Thanks folks.

I saw Dr. McCone in Jul of 2015, and later had an endoscopy done by him. He was very thorough, and went over the results with me, patiently explaining them. He prescribed Meds, along with some things I could do (diet, exercise) to improve my condition. I'll be darned, if everything worked! I haven't had a bout of acid reflux since visiting him, and through the dietary changes recommended I was able to cut back on the meds. A great experience. And his staff are all super nice and professional-they took great care of me on each of my visits. Really a wonderful group of people he has working for him.

I have read over the negative complaints about dr. McCone but I have to say that I have been nothing but thoroughly impressed with he and his office staff. He makes you feel comfortable talking about any issues you are having. I will continue to go to Dr. McCone and have total faith and trust in him.

I have a hard time rating Dr. McCone for a couple reasons. His office staff at the VA location is great and professional. Dr. McCone himself stays on top of the latest in GI advancements and illnesses. I've never seen a NP or anyone other than him. That said I was in for an appointment in early April. We are now toward the end of May and I STILL do not have my blood work back. I've called six times and each time someone tells me that they now use Lab Corps for their blood work. They say this is an issue with other patients as well. As someone going through a flare at the time it would be good to know my results instead of waiting around for 6-7 weeks in counting. I find it irresponsible that it is taking so long and therefore am seeking a second opinion with a more organized operation.
