Rudiculous!! The time given is arrival time not appointment time. Not enough seats available for the backlog. Pay up front and wait 2 hours!!!!

Appointment at 3pm. No food or drink after midnight the night before. After 430pm still not in for surgery. Person must bring you. No seats in waiting room. Have to wait in car. Can't be more than 5 minutes away so just sit in car for hours. Like a cattle call. Really bad, really!
