This place was awesome they was all very nice and reassuring. As a person who has real high aniexty. They explained things stay there while they listened to your concerns and made sure you was ok. Very recommended.

Pretty nice staff .. I went for hand surgery and the nurses were pretty patient and listened if I asked something I have iv trouble and if I asked them to stop they did and I appreciate that! I would go there again if needed

I had a out- Patient surgrey yesterday 8-21-18. The surgen Goodrich and all the staff where Absolutely amazing!!! Thank you all very much!! Wonderful place.

The Hospital policies are anti family. They like to "isolate and interrogate" their patients. This is bad for the patients. It is intimidating and stressful for both the patient and the family. When asked why they do it they make up sorts of answers. But when pressing upper management finally they admited the real reason is they are protecting ILLEGAL drug users. That extra stress you get at the hospital is to protect criminals. Great thanks. That is what I want out of a service industry. Luckily other hospitals in the area do not have this policy. They have the same technical expertise as Carilion but don't treat all their patients like criminals.
