We were treated with utmost respect and professionalism. I'm sister to the patient. I was alerted at every step of her progress during the procedure, even permitted to accompany her in recovery! The nurse gave us each a bottle of juice, which refreshed us both.

Extremely unprofessional. My husband was seen here today and it was a horrible experience. When his procedure was over, I was called to go see him in recovery. When I arrived, he was so out of it they couldn't wake him up at all. The blanket he was in was dirty and he had a long hair (maybe from a nurse) stuck to his face. They had my husband leave before he was even able to comprehend what was going on, let alone balance and walk. He was still almost completely passed out on the way home and had a hard time getting into the house. The entire thing felt very unsafe. It is now 8 hours past the procedure and he is still not feeling like himself after sleeping the entire day. Overall, he was not treated with compassion, he did not get quality care and they rushed him out in an unsafe manner. Beware of booking anything here.

AMAZING STAFF!!!! I was so nervous as I’ve never had a procedure before. The staff from start to finish was amazing. Every single person who helped me was so calm, kind, and explained everything in detail. My nurses kept checking to make sure I was okay. I told the anesthesiologist I was nervous and she was so understanding and made me feel so much better. I love how they even have the dr come meet you before you go back. Literally would do this 1000000 times again over the awful prep. The worse part by far! Thank you ECF for treating me the way you did and now I won’t fear having these procedures again.

Beyond impressed with every single person we encountered here. My daughter (young adult with Down Syndrome) had a procedure scheduled and she was very worried and didn't understand the procedure - only that she is afraid of doctors offices. ALL of them were incredibly kind, compassionate, and patient with her. They spoke to her at her level and reassured her - they gave her a stuffed toy to hug, they let me put on the "stickers" (heart monitor things), and they let me accompany her to the procedure room until she was asleep. They made sure to accommodate us in every way possible to make her feel safe and comfortable.

I had my procedure yesterday and started out extremely anxious. The nursing staff there was AMAZING especially Liz! She helped to distract me so I didn't get more nervous. Her soft caring heart was so noticed by me. She truly was my angel. So Thank you Liz so much. Then I met my anesthesiologist Robin she was amazing as she held my hand and ensured me that she was going to take great care of me. I absolutely 💯 % recommend this facility.
