Before my surgery, they assured me that they were in-network with my insurance and that the anesthesiologist they work with was also in-network. However, after the surgery, I discovered that the anesthesiologist was considered out-of-network, and my insurance refused to cover their charges. I reached out to the surgery center multiple times for help, but they kept telling me to contact the anesthesiologist directly. The anesthesiologist’s billing department appears to be handled by an offshore customer service center, which is entirely unhelpful and impossible to resolve issues with. Now, I am being threatened with collections, even though this is a problem that Haymarket Surgery Center should take responsibility for. Patients should not be left to navigate billing disputes caused by providers that the surgery center contracts with. I urge others to avoid this surgery center until they take accountability for their contracted providers and stop leaving patients to deal with these problems on their own.

I had a procedure August 13, 2024. The surgery center did not have all the proper hardware for the entire procedure. I only had a portion done. The remaining procedure was to be rescheduled at a later date. I agreed to this only if I was NOT to be charged. As it was the surgery centers error. The remaining procedure was performed August 26. I have received notice from my insurance that I have paid my out of pocket total for the year. Well now I am receiving a bill from the surgery center for $112. Which I should not owe. One, because it was their error the second procedure had to be done in the first place, second I have met my out of pocket expense for the year. Word of advise, if you are in this situation reschedule the whole procedure. So you are not dealing with the office staff in the billing dept. Extremely unhappy

Had a wonderful experience. We brought our daughter with special needs in for dental work under anesthesia. All of the staff and nurses were so incredibly compassionate and caring. The communication was excellent before, during and after the procedure. I could not recommended this surgery center enough! 10/10 experience. Thank you to all the drs and nurses!

My wife had surgery here today. I want to tell you about your staff that took care of her. They were outstanding! We've been to various facilities and their team was THE BEST! Everyone from the nurses and the doctors cared about my wife. I know that hospitals can be hectic and the staff can get tired, but their attitude can make a significant difference to the patient, A caring staff can mean a world of difference.
