Receptionist are all incredibly unhelpful, transfer you to a non working number. Denied for simple ankle surgery, supervisor Elizabeth just as useless and unhelpful, no one seems to know anything. Waited until the end of the dsy Friday to notify of cancelation of surgery, citing "we tried every surgical code to get the Dr's approval" should be reported immediately. Incompetence throughout

6 days post acl meniscus surgery here. This place is the best. There was a longish wait because this stuff is a process, but if anything thats a good thing, because these people really take their time to make sure things are perfect. These people are professionals. Best of the best. The nurses were great, very witty and eased my nerves, the anesthesiologist was very cool and did great. And Dr. Kandil who did my knee is the man. 10/10

I came in contact with probably a dozen Professionals from reception all the way to the Surgeon, Dr Silva. They were fantastic. They ran like clockwork and everything went smoothly. My Sinus surgery went very well. Many thanks to ALL great Healthcare workers everywhere!

The staff and facilities were incredible. The staff was friendly, patient, and informative. We left feeling well equipped to handle recovery, which is a rarity in the medical world. The staff was also good at communication prior to surgery on what to expect. My surgeon is Dr. Giuliani who I cannot say enough good things about. Highly recommended!
