Positive experience from beginning to end. For a place that nobody really wants to be at, the staff does wonderfully to make you feel safe and comfortable. The staff is divided up by stage of the surgery process so you will see many different faces. However, every person from intake through to discharge was personable, attentive to questions, seemed to know already what your concerns or fears would be, and was generally helpful in taking your mind off the stress of the surgery process. They made the best of a difficult experience.

Everyone from the receptionists who check you in, to the nurses and aides were warm, comforting and professional. The facility is clean and modern. It made an uncomfortable procedure as easy as possible!

Was scheduled for a procedure for 2 weeks for a Monday colonoscopy which is a preventitive and should be covered fully then Friday before mid day they call to say its going to be 930. Whats left of my deductable. I try to speak to the manager to see if I can work out a plan she is rude and says your not dying so get the money then reschedule. I will never deal with them ever again! Not one facility is about the patient. Its give me the money then we will help you. Wonder why people commit suicide.
