I would like to thank this surgery center for providing excellent care during my visit. I specifically would like to thank my care team: Molly (Pre-op Nurse), Allison (Circulator Nurse), Amanda (CRNA), Yvonne (Post-op Nurse), Carlos & Dr. Prosky. The environment was professional, friendly, clean & provided a blanket sense of caring! I recently retired as the Materials Manager/O.R. Nurse from another Inova Surgery Center and was very familiar with the history of McLean. I was quite impressed & very satisfied with the care I received!!!! Thank you ALL for doing what you do!!!!!

I’m honestly not sure why this center does not have a 4.5 or better rating. My hats off to every team member that helped my son today. It was a day to witness a team that wins the Super Bowl vs a team that does not. On a chaotic morning where their network services were down and they had to print all their patients information and change their entire routines up, every worked even harder to make the morning run like a well oiled machine! Everyone we came in contact with was pleasant, helpful, attentive and friendly. It felt like you had a super supportive team on your side who cared about how your day went despite theirs being throw off quite a bit. My son and I were both extremely pleased with the service and care level from the administrative staff, to the nurses, to the pain management levels, to the doctor. Lots of hands in motion today to make my son’s first surgery such a success and one that we both said we would do over as long as it would be with this same center. Staff were incredibly caring and respectful, as well as kind and supportive. Again, hats off to every team member who cared, shared, supported and gave a helping hand today! Much appreciation!

I had foot surgery here. Every single staff member (including the pre-op interview nurse, the receptionist, the registration person, all of the nurses, and the anesthesiologists) was incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful. My procedure went off without a hitch, on time—every step of the process was efficient without being rushed. I felt like everyone really cared about my comfort and my peace of mind. Lots of little patient-centered touches (like a heated gown, warm antiseptic towels, and warm blankets) really made a difference. Every member of my care team even signed a card and left it in my take-home pocket! 10/10 experience, no notes. Would not hesitate to go back if I needed another ambulatory procedure.

Very hypersensitive screening I provided documentation that I did not have any cardiac issues. However, the anesthesiologist persisted on me going through an entire Work # up with a cardiologist, including a nuclear stress test. Echocardiogram, lots of running back-and-forth in the meanwhile, my bicep is cut in half waiting for surgery and these people did not listen to anything that I said to them. The anesthesiologist is absolutely stubborn Kathy was nice I guess but she was questioning every single little thing about my health history, and when I provided proof that I had no heart history, she continued to insist that I did Please do not go to this place. They are not equipped, and they are not capable of helping. You should something go wrong during surgery. They even said that to me on the phone.

I just had a surgical procedure last week and I can say every interaction I had with the facility was pleasant and professional. From scheduling, to registration and the medical staff in pre-and post op, everyone was great. The charge nurse during my surgery was wonderful, very calming and I could tell she was a seasoned veteran, which made me feel even more comfortable. Anna was also very pleasant and helpful during pre-op.
