It takes an impactful experience to compel me to leave a review. MEDRVA West Creek certainly deserves 5 stars! I recieved cosmetic surgery at MEDRVA West Creek from Dr. Karishma Reddy (highly, highly recommend) and the team at MEDRVA were notably helpful and kind. I traveled an hour from out of town and when I realized I had forgotten my ID (surgery day nerves, I suppose), the receptionist team was more than accommodating in helping me resolve the issue. Additionally, the various nurses who assisted me were incredible. The nurse who oversaw my care post-op, Natalie (yes, even in my anesthesia haze I remembered her name), was exceptionally attentive and sweet. My surgery was a monumental moment for me and it felt like my nurses were reveling in that joy with me. Thank you!!

I had a great experience at West creek Surgery Center April 2024. My surgeon was amazing (Dr. Dimitrios Sismanis) and all of the staff at Med RVA were outstanding. Rhonda, my pre-op nurse, put me at ease and did a great job starting my IV and getting me ready. My anesthesiologist and CRNA were very kind and efficient (sorry I can't remember their names! Pre-op med made me fuzzy) and my PACU nurse, Becca was great and helped so much getting me ready for discharge. I highly recommend this surgery center.

We had a less than acceptable experience at West Creek Surgery Center. My child was treated badly by the medical staff. The nurses were extremely pushy and did not want to respect my child's wishes or privacy. If you have to go here, make sure you stay with your family member (even if they are an adult) until they go into surgery even if they try to separate you. Leaving them alone with the nurse is not worth the risk. I highly recommend going elsewhere for your surgery especially if you are female or transgender.
