I rarely do reviews but felt the need to share my experience with the staff at this office. There is a young lady named Michelle her Customer Service is outstanding. I don’t mind being placed on hold because I know when it’s my turn she will provide excellent customer service and handle my request with professionalism and courtesy. Michelle I appreciate the same level of professionalism courtesy and care each time I’ve had to call for assistance. You have changed my outlook on customer service. Thank you!

The doctors are only professionals if you do what they want you to do. They tried to push me into a procedure that had not worked well with me before and dismissed my concerns. Perhaps, that’s because I’m African American. I switched to Jefferson Vascular Surgeons, a superior organization! Their hubris at Fairlawn pushed me to a better treatment center. I’ll be forever grateful for that.
