Friendly environment, employees, and procedures done fast. However, not speaking on this place only, in general they know that laser correction procedure are not completely done in one procedure, and 80% of all people have to go back for a second procedure to get the moist remove from first operation that builds up, and you have to pay for it even though it's know through out this medical field. The stars are not on this place, but the knowledge of the procedure after the fact.
The nurses and doctors here are absolutely incredible here! They took take great care of my dad from the moment he went back for pre-op to the time he was wheeled out ready to go home. They truly are top notch and care for their patients. As far as customer service goes with the receptionist/front desk, it definitely is lacking. I was here this morning between 6:30am - 7:30am and I witnessed the receptionist yell at a patient from across the room. It was truly uncalled for and unacceptable. If I were a patient instead of waiting for a patient, that incident would certainly make me look elsewhere for care.
I had cataract surgery on both eyes last year and recently had laser surgery on both eyes. Both experiences were wonderful. Very organized from check-in-check out. The staff was very informative and kind. Professionalism was top notch. Highly recommend.
Absolutely one of the rudest experiences I have ever had at any office. I had to drop off a patient so that I could pick up another patient. I was called and told I had to come back and remain with patient and when I did please check in. I explained I had two small kids in car when speaking with the lady on the phone. When I arrived I pulled up to the check in area, ran inside real fast and explained that I was here, provide my cell #, because I was in a hurry to get back to my kids I was accused of being rude. I received a call from the "lead" once I parked and was feeding my granddaughter that there was some confusion. That I was told to remain on site, I explained I was on site and I was told that I was seen speeding out of the parking lot. That I was rude to all the customer service people at the desk and because I was defensive when I had to go back in the second time I was accused of being rude again. I explained I refused to listen to that. I explained that I have babies in my car, one is fussy, I was just the ride to bring the patient, returned when asked and then call me again to say that I had left and wonder why I am defensive. Obviously you and your staff was wrong to assume that I left and treated me like the liar ĺthat your entire front desk staff is apparently. I work in the medical field, I can't imagine any of co workers behaving this way.
Was the necessary driver on 2 occasions a week apart for a relative having cataract surgery here. From my perspective the procedures were running like clockwork. At check-in, the patient is given a number, which can be tracked on a big screen in the waiting room, informing you of the whole process, from interview, to post op, to surgery and recovery. All the nurses I noted were cordial and very patient, especially when helping a post operative patient to their car, who could not see especially in sunlight on a bright day! My relative reported total satisfaction with the process, and especially the results, even just one day out. Follow up was the next day at the physician's office for each surgery, one follow up a week later. Overall both of us are pleased with the attention, care, procedure, and most of all the positive results!
