This place is absolutely terrible had an appointment at 9 didn’t even get started until after 11 gave my daughter meds to make her tired and instead of quickly getting her into the wagon left her flopping around in a chair. This place is so unorganized I’m currently contemplating walking out.

My surgery here was amazing Doctor Wayne Chin an amazing orthopedic surgeon hand surgeon and the Nurses here are wonderful . My experience amazing I’m giving them 5 stars all the way great job Virginia Beach Ambulatory Surgery Center!! Thank you .

Excellent customer service from the registration through pre-op, peri-op and post op areas. Staff were kind, friendly, and ensured my needs were met and I was comfortable. They were compassionate to the family/friend caregivers. All questions were answered to my understanding.

I was there for foot surgery February 26, 2018. Great experience, wonderful staff. Mia at registration, Mira my awesome nurse, Dr.Cho the best ever. They are dedicated, so professional and compassionate. Thank you for an outstanding experience and keeping my anxiety level to a minimum!! :)
