Dr. Ankita Nagirimadugu was excellent from start to finish. They took the time to explain the procedure clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. The staff was kind and efficient, and the whole experience was much easier than I expected. I’m very grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend this practice.

I was at the orthopedic department for an appointment with my doctor today, and the nurse that checked me in before the doctor came in to see me was exceptional. Her name is Denise Wilkins. She went above and beyond in her care and she needs to be commended. In addition to seeing the orthopedist, I needed a Flu shot. Although the orthopedic department does not necessarily provide Flu shots and I did not have the required appointment for the Flu shot, she made it happen. I left the medical center pleased that Denise made me feel my health was important to her. That’s what great nurses do. Thank you Denise. You are a great nurse. Thank you Kaiser for such an excellent experience.

Miss Tigi was absolutely wonderful during my ultrasound today. From the moment I arrived, she was so kind and welcoming, even though I was a little late. She treated me with so much respect and genuine care, which truly made a difference. The entire experience felt calm, safe, and wholesome. My visit was with the Retina specialist Dr.Kim Jiramongkolchai. This doctor is incredible. She was extremely patient with me and answered all my questions and concerns, she explained everything regarding my eye condition and upcoming treatments. Her professionalism and care is top notch and blew me away. I feel confident entrusting her with my precious eyesight. Dr. Kim’s nurses make a great team Maria and Daniella are always friendly and professional. They always make me feel welcomed and safe. Thank you for taking care of me!

I wanted to take a moment to share feedback following my colonoscopy appointment and to express my sincere thanks to your entire team. From the moment I entered the building until I was sitting back in my car afterward, the experience was great. Every professional I encountered — from the front desk staff to the nurses, specialists, and physicians — was kind, courteous, and professional. I truly appreciated how comfortable and well-informed I felt leading up to the procedure. I would also like to offer a lighthearted apology to the anesthesiologist. As the medication started to take effect and I felt a brief burning sensation in my hand, I believe I may have let out a word of surprise — possibly one that starts with an “S.” (I hope I said "shoot.") Thankfully, I didn’t get very far before I was asleep, and the next thing I knew, I was waking up with my wife beside me, ready for discharge. It certainly speaks to how smoothly everything went. Thank you again to everyone involved for your professionalism, compassion, and for making what can be an anxiety-provoking procedure feel so manageable and reassuring. I am very grateful for the care I received.
