I had two carpal tunnel surgeries here and the staff is phenomenal! I felt well taken care of and everything was explained well! I recommend anyone who needs a surgery to come here! From the receptionist to the recovery team it was a great experience!!!

Waited til last minute to give time for surgery. Will not let you finish speaking on phone before they start over talking you. Went for appt and was accused of child that as having surgery when it was her 6 yr old brother. Would not believe either adult or child stating no water had been drank. Canceled surgery

I cannot rave enough about this place. My son had his tonsils and adenoids removed and tubes put in his ear by Dr Chen and the ENTIRE staff was so amazing I had to write the review literally as soon as I got home. My son has a hard time at any Dr appointment so I knew today was going to be rough but every single person that came in contact with my son went above and beyond trying to make him feel comfortable even waiting in the waiting room was a good experience because I hear little kids laughing and “taking tours” and that also helped put my son at ease. If anyones child ever has to have an ENT procedure done I definitely recommend this place everyone was truly amazing, even the woman that called to do the pre op assessment not only put my mind at ease over the phone but she also remembered us and even went out of her way to remember a special bandaid for my son during surgery I just wish I had had my head together at the moment enough to remember the names of the people that helped us

Our 6 year old daughter had her tonsils taken out with Dr Alex Cheng. The entire staff was amazing and super friendly. They made us all feel at ease and our daughter was comfortable during her whole procedure. The nurses kept joking and making sure we were all at ease. The facility is very nice and up to date as well. Dr Cheng is a great surgeon and has awesome bedside manner. Our entire experience here was super.

My kids had their tonsils removed at this location by Dr. Bane. While the surgery went well, my issue is with the billing. The receptionist obtained authorization from the Insurance company and I paid in full according to our pre-arranged agreement. 2 years later, I'm receiving a bill for almost $3,000!!! Who does that?? I've reached out to get information for the complaint process with NO response so I"ll be moving it on up to the AGO and other agencies for resolution.
