Honestly, this place is pretty abysmal as far as “care” goes. Read enough reviews and realize that the front office is never going to answer the phone, and that checked out for me. Thankfully they do call back but you better be ready to answer when they do. Let’s get down to business with the doctor. Thoroughly unimpressed by Dr. Olsons lack of bedside manner, his constant reminder that ear pain is typically referred pain, and his dismissal of my only want which was imaging of my ear. I’m fully insured can pay out of pocket. My ear pain has been ongoing for 2 years. I’ve also been seen once before for said ear pain by Dr. Olson. He said my ear issue wasn’t really an ear issue and I should go to see my PCP for a referral to physical therapy. Are you confused like me because that’s what really threw me over the edge and smacked me here for this review. Peace health is great at cultivating doctors that see you as a number, who don’t do any real critical thinking, and are ready to boot you out the door in the first 5 minutes of seeing you. As the only ENT in town it’s rough out here in these streets for patients who need a quality ENT. Did I go back to my PCP who is a naturopath and get a referral for a CT scan which Dr. Olson could have given me but refused, yes I did. I went to the ENT basically for him to tell me that he wasn’t going to help me.

From the moment I walked in, the office staff was kind and helpful. Dr. Knops was second to none. His bed side manner was phenomenal. You could tell he truly cares about his patient from the very first contact we had to the moment I was walking out the door as a much happier person. My personal issues was resolved quickly and the post procedure communication was amazing. 10/10 would recommend this office to anyone needing an ENT.

I came to Bellingham ENT from BC for my sinus issues. I was lucky enough to see Dr. Spencer. He is knowledgeable, competent, caring, and personable, with a great sense of humour. He went over and above to ensure my medical journey was as seamless as possible. With needing to cross the border, medications were problematic. Together, we figured it all out through discussion and brainstorming. The front office ladies are friendly and efficient. The nurses and OR team were kind and caring. I highly recommend Dr. Spencer and Bellingham Ear, Nose and Throat.

Dr. Verneuil is an excellent doctor. He is honest and upfront.. I also like the kind gentle voice and he has a wonderful sense of humor. I am very glad he is my specialist, I would not want any other. Very highly recommended, you won't regret your choice. I know I drive quite a ways just to see him. He is very professional and highly trusted to his patients.

Our family has had a number of procedures with Dr. Hecht and can't say enough great things about him. Being in the healthcare field myself I can be very critical of me and my family's providers, and I can say there isn't one negative thing or hesitation I have had with dr. Hecht. His professionalism, ability, care and practice are all outstanding. He listens to your input and is never pushy, but honest with best practice options. I found him by referral from a number of people, and that also speaks volumes. He works wonderful with kids and is down to earth. You are in great hands.
