Dr. Haeder, along with his wonderful staff took exceptional care of my wife providing shoulder surgery this past week. The moment we arrived we were greeted with a warm smile and full details as to how the day was going to progress. My wife felt immediately as ease. Through-out the day I was informed as to the status of the operation and time frame as to when she would be in post-op and ultimately time to come home. They explained the procedure, the success of such, the follow-up and my responsibilities' in keeping my wife comfortable over the coming days. We cannot thank Dr. Haeder enough. His bedside manner is exemplary, and the staff are beyond professional. A true FIVE STAR experience even when considering surgery was the excuse for the experience.

Dr Gannon is a great doctor very kind with his patients. It was my first time seeing him. He's very knowledgeable of explaining the problem with my hip and what a plan we can do to help me. I would recommend it to anybody.

It was very busy today. The staff checked me in quickly. It was my first appointment today. I only waited about 7 minutes when the nurse called me back. I got xrays first. I only waited for 6 minutes for the doctor. I really like him. He cared, he was professional, he discussed the xrays of my feet, and told me all my options. I decided to have surgery. Which will happen the first part of December. I'm very pleased with the whole experience. Thank you

Very busy waiting room as usual. But they always manage to get me in at my scheduled appointment time. I don’t know how they do it but they make it happen. The entire staff is always kind and pleasant. First class care for me. Dr. Udawatta did a great job on my hip replacement.

I felt like with the significant information dump required prior to my appointment Then again once I arrived, that the decision not to treat me could have been made without my even attending am in person appointment. Don’t get me wrong, I prefer getting denied after having been seen rather than not seen… but it did not appear to me that the decision was based on any new information that had not already been shared. My finances could do with skipping the appointment if the anger is basically a given. My age didn’t change during the face to face meeting.
