I’ve been seeing Heather Heberman for years and have found her to be a very pleasant and knowledgeable PA-C so naturally when I moved from Seattle to Bend, Oregon, I didn’t want to deal with a new dermatologist. So I make the trek up to Seattle once every year to do my yearly check in with my dermatologist. After Scheduling my appointment last week I took the time to travel up to Seattle and come into the office only to find out that I needed to pay a $500 deposit a $250 charge just to see the physician not to mention the cost of the visit itself. These people are so ridiculous. I will never go here. I will never recommend it to anybody ever, and the five people that I saw in the lobby. After the fact he had already canceled their appointments and left as well.

Arrived Weds 26 to remove stitches. Provider PA Gina inspected and was going to remove. Nurse Deena entered room and volunteered to do the job. Both ladies cheerful, efficient. I didn't feel a thing! Note: Dr. Margit Juhasz did anti-squamous cut outs 2 weeks prior. She is so competent, precise and pleasant! Her stitches are precise and so well done! Love your clinic and thanks so much! I’ve been going to Dermatology of Seattle for years now. From the physicians and PAs all the way to the front desk staff, everyone has been so kind and helpful. Holly, the aesthetician, is amazing!!! I always feel like I’m in good hands while I’m there, and that my dermatological concerns are addressed properly. I highly recommend this medical office to handle all of your skin needs!

At 26 being told I have Superficial Basal Cell Carcinoma was very scary. Dermatology of Seattle was very quick to get me scheduled for Mohs the next week. Getting scheduled and taken care of so quickly took a lot of the stress away. I have been in several times since then and I have had great experiences every time. The staff here are great especially Dr. Margit Juhasz.

I have been to the Burien location several times but my most recent experience was absolutely awful to the point where I will be looking for a new dermatologist office. I also work in Healthcare and know how difficult it can be, so writing this review is only because I feel it is absolutely necessary. I saw Heather Haberman and she was wonderful as usual, but the medical assistant and all front office staff completely ruined the experience. Heather Haberman prescribed me a medication that was sent to a specialty pharmacy several months ago, and I have still yet to receive the medication. Over the last few months I have made at least 100 phone calls between the pharmacy and dermatologist office (in between my busy work schedule) trying to get this sorted out so I can begin my medication. Part of the problem is my insurance (which is typical) which is nobody else’s fault, but my biggest issue is the horrible lack of communication from the dermatologist office staff. From sending the prescription to the wrong place, sending in the wrong prescription, sending in the prescription with incorrect dosages that do not match the prior authorization, not returning my messages, not making notes in my chart of the issues/conversations going on so that the next person knows what is happening, only having 1 person working on my case that only works 1-2 times per week, I could go on and on. The lack of communication and pure carelessness has become almost unreal. I quite honestly have never experienced anything like this before which is why I feel the need to write the review. Starting over at a new dermatologist office will mean paying more copays which is extremely unfair and frustrating. It is a shame because there was no issue with the dermatologist herself but the other staff make it impossible to have a good experience and trust your care in their hands.
