Dr Brown and the PA are amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable. The only concern is the main desk/schedule girl. She's really loud. Especially when talking to patients regardless of in person or on the phone. HIPAA needs to be discussed with her regarding volume. Also most patients here are older and do not do tech. If something is manually filled out and sent to the other office the staff here should get a copy instead making them fill it out again.

My appointment was scheduled tomorrow for endoscopy. They took my money already via credit card for the endoscopy and called me today saying they NEED to move my appt up because there is a two hour break and WE CANT JUST WAIT. Why did you schedule that appointment then? This was planned 3 months ago I had to request time off work and get a driver as well off work cannot just pivot earlier in the day. I am sure there is charting and other things to do. Ridiculous, I would avoid scheduling here. Delayed care until I can get in somewhere else and this is a potential cancer screen.

Great appointment. Nice people, awsome high tech facility. Looking forward to getting figuring things out.

Dr. Donner and the staff at WAGI helped get to the bottom of my problems. Dr. Donner and the staff made me entirely comfortable annd explained to the procedure, and answered all of my questions. I really appreciate their attention to detail and ability to put me at ease. The nurse even told a funny story that lightened up the mood. Dr. Donner went above and beyond when he called me to report my results during his day off.

Extremely disappointed. My PCP referred me to them for a colonoscopy and endoscopy together. Never met the doctor before or after the procedure. Pre-procedure visit was with the PA. Post procedure visit was also with the PA. What was most annoying was the fact that they did not have any availability even with the PA for 3 months after the procedure. Actual procedure was fine and Dr. Brown was very nice. So was the PA - Kimberly Jannison-Darcey. Nothing against the care givers. But the facility and the manner I received healthcare was utterly appalling.
