Billing here is a nightmare. Was sent a bill for something I already paid for, my bad for paying it again, but I’ve been calling for the last 8 weeks asking about getting reimbursed, and keep getting the runaround. It was $$$ so I’m really stressed now they’re not even going to reimburse at all.

While surgery is not a pleasant experience, Eastside surgery made it one. Friendly, efficient staff that make you feel very comfortable and relaxed. I would 100% come here again and recommend.

I have had surgery performed 7 different times at the Surgery Center. Each time I found the staff to be efficient, supportive and extremely knowledgeable. The facilities are up to date and well equipped. I found that I prefer having my surgeries performed at Eastside Surgery Center than at a hospital and this place is outstanding in all ways!

If you have to have any form of hand surgery there is no better place. My wife has had three procedures so far and I have had one and expecting to have another. The staff is absolutely outstanding plus the overall atmosphere is very professional extremely friendly and also proficient. No time is wasted but also you do not feel like you are being rushed. My husband had two screws placed in his broken ankle today by Dr. Grabowski. He came in on his off day to do the surgery and the whole OR staff came in early to fit his surgery into the schedule. I would highly recommend having your surgery at Eastside Surgery Center!
