I went to the old location not knowing you had moved. My GPS wasn't working. The person on the phone patiently walked me through directions until I arrived. The receptionist was friendly and has a great smile, Mary brought me back and made me laugh. Dr Franklin was professional and reassuring. A lovely office and positive experience!

These folks are wonderful, kind, caring people!! I have been going there since about 1994 or so, and have loved my doctors - I currently see Dr. Wilbanks and like him a lot. They have done both laser treatments (around 2015) and cataract surgeries (2023) and the results of these are great!! I highly recommend them and am a client for life!!

Dr. Wilbanks is fabulous. He did a terrific job on my cataract surgery. The process almost felt like a spa experience, it was so well run. During follow-up appointments, he always takes plenty of time to answer my questions, and believe me, I always have a lot. He never makes me feel rushed. The office is run extremely smoothly with a very professional and friendly staff. I would recommend Eye Associates NW in Kirkland to anyone.
