Doctors were great…nursing staff great…the front desk woman who is the first to see and greet you is rude and not friendly. This is the third time my husband has had a procedure done at Clarus Surgery Center and each time Chris has checked him in she was rude and unapproachable. If she is asked a question it is answered with a tone of annoyance. Chris would be well served with a few classes in Customer Service etiquette.
