They made me pay $3600 when I walked in for surgery. It doesn’t count towards my out of pocket with my insurance. Unbelievable. They failed to mention that and I was totally blindsided when I walked in and was forced to pay that. Why not bill insurance?? Also the surgery did not even work and I’m going to a different place for the next surgery I will need now… also, they never answer their phone!

I went to Proliance Center for Outpatient Spine and Joint Surgery for ACDF neck surgery in Sept 2020 and was extremely impressed with the surgery center’s facility and staff! In the midst of COVID, the Center took every precaution, which was amazing, but the best part was the staff! I was concerned because i knew I would be there for 8-10 hours without my spouse, but from check-in to post-op the facility staff that saw to my every need (Kristen, Shauna, Danielle, and Jennifer) were without a doubt, the best healthcare team I’ve ever experienced. Professional, friendly, caring, helpful, and informative, each of them felt like a friend. They were my advocate and changes between them were seemless so I never felt worry or concern.
