When I came in for the procedure on my 1st eye (cataract removal), I was really anxious, but when I went into the 2nd room with others waiting, it was calm and quiet, and I spoke to others, and it brought my anxiety down., and as the doctor said a short prayer I was good to go. Glad the drape covered the other eye. The staff and the doctors through out the building, are wonderful and caring. I would recommend this place to everyone I know. Sincerely, Kelly S.

Excellent place to take care of your eye issues. Doctors are reasonable and understanding, and willing to answer any and all questions, no matter how silly you think they may be. Staff is wonderful and friendly. Can’t recommend them enough.

I had my cataract surgery done late October early November 2025. Since then, I have had so many problems and issues with my eyes. Always inflamed and hurting to light and when I get prescriptions, they make it worse. No one can tell me what is wrong and so I suffer daily with not seeing clearly one day and then clearly another day but with puffy, red eyes. I wish I had never had the surgery and I wish there was another way to correct cataracts without surgery. Just saying......

I Definitely give More than a 5* review, these guys r very respectful, professional, & courteous for all the steps from the front desk until you walk out, they explained everything fully as what to expect & as well as any questions I had. I have Molina health care insurance which they except, respectfully i was treated all the same as if i paid cash, thank you. I had my left eye done yesterday for cataract, & they replaced my lens so ill b able to see further away without glasses. im 53yrs old, but had very very poor vision, & only 1 day later from surgery(today) I have a little blurriness but everything is already so bright and I can see a great bit of distance, which i noticed last night. AWESOME SAUCE!! I will also have my right eye done next week, i will let ya all know how it goes too. Oh my gosh you guys are wonderful and I will spread the word for how good you are! Love you guys!!

My husband arrived for his appt. the first time, and because of an accident on the freeway they had to reschedule ( understandable ) he went for his appt. today Dec. 29th after having to wait this long ( 25 days ) for an appt. and was told "oh there's no Dr. today" my husband showed them his appt. slip that they had made for him for an appt. scheduled for today. They said "oh we must have made a mistake" you can come back on Wed." My husband had to take time off of work, and drive across town. The attitude was not professional and taken lightly. Not a happy patient. My husband had excellent service with the Lasik place in Chehalis. I hope they step up here in this office, and realize that their patients have to rearrange their day (taking time off of work) only to have to reschedule again and take more time off of work. Customer service should be Number One!
