From the moment I walked in I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The receptionist and the nurses were gentle and told me exactly what they were doing. Then Dr.V came in and told me what was going to happen., and I have to say it was a pleasant experience.

There was a sign on the desk saying that they did not promise confidentiality as discussion from the treatment rooms could be heard from the lobby. This is a HIPA violation. Add to that the lack of communication, being urged to sign things without reading them, and using my email to sign me up for random spam i bet theres other violations going on here. Go anywhere else. They only care about your money here.

This place is for spine and pain care, I got a referral from my doctor specifically FOR SPINE AND PAIN CARE and they won’t even offer an appointment to see me and determine IN PERSON if I could use their services. What is the point of being a spine and pain clinic, if they dont bother to see people who have chronic back pain, based on a doctors note sent with the referral. Absolutely ridiculous. The least they can offer is to actually see the person with chronic back and spine pain before they say “no sorry, your doctors notes say one thing so we wont even bother to make an appointment to see if we can help” Absolute waste of time trying to see these people

Dr. Mitchell has been the best doctor I've been to. She actually listened to me, and is helping me. She hasn't been rude and dismissive to me like many other doctors I've seen since I got hit by a truck walking home from work. It's taken 14 years to find her. Looking forward to improving my quality of life with her.

My significant other got a referral from her PCP for this clinic and called to schedule an appt. The receptionist told her "after reviewing your charts, we are unable to help you and there is nothing we can do for you " SHE HAS NOT EVEN SEEN A DOCTOR AT THIS CLINIC!!! How can a place tell someone they can't help them without even an initial appt?!?!?! Maybe it's due to the doctor who wrote the referral and left out pertinent info. But all I know is that she has multiple MRI scans, documented medical issues, etc. After a back injury left her with multiple slipped discs, severe cervical spine damage, right shin permanent tissue damage how can a clinic say they can't help her when she has never been seen by them before?????? She cannot even walk 20 feet without the use of crutches due to her pain!!! It is so bad that I have had to become her caregiver because she cannot fully take care of herself on a daily basis. This is absolutely mind boggling to me that they are so quick to deny someone any help without being seen first. I guess now all of the negative reviews for this place finally make sense.
