Older nurse named Cynitha, I wasn’t happy the way I was getting treated as a patient not very professional at all even tho I told the front desk lady I had a couple concerns about stuff , the nurse seemed to not be happy when she walked in the room, the way she’s doing her job giving me a attitude and discriminating on me, for no reason , and talking me down as if I’m not here for a reason even tho I was, she was talking down on me very unhappy about her unprofessional attitude she was giving me , the manager was very helpful but Cynitha needs to fix her attitude or don’t be a nurse at All and work there anyomore!!!!!

I have never dealt with more incompetence than I have with Confluence health! They just up and cancel appointments with no phone calls! And waste my time with and gas with unnecessary travel! I live 20 miles from Tonasket and over 40 miles from Omak. That's a lot of time and gas wasted for nothing!

I would not choose this place, mid Valley clinic, or even family health centers before. I was told they do not have time for every patient to ensure needed medications are provided. Call yourself. Dr. Gillam is nobody he doesn't care to care for his patients.

DO NOT USE this clinic if your actually sick and need help!!! I've been sick for 5 days but couldn't afford to miss work and finally had time to go the website and everyone that works there says walk ins till 4pm but when u call all the working employees will tell you they close early if it's slow witch is usually 1-2h earlier not like 10-15min sooner. I relayed I was driving from 1h away and was 20min away now at 3pm. The 2nd person in the phone said sorry to hear that unfortunately we did close early we'll we just started to close early we can't take you by the time u get here but we can schedule an appointment tomorrow some time early. I do not believe nobody there seems to actually care about sick patients that need help but luckily I turned around and made it to Threw Rivers Clinic before 4pm and they took me and got me the antibiotics for what turned out to be strep throat! I definitely recommend Three Rivers Clinic over confluence health any day!

No privacy in waiting room, well hallway, is more accurate. Long wait for essential services like mammograms. Very bureaucratic! They do offer free coffee while you wait.
