These people get 5 Stars & well Deserved, I had a horrible Bladder infection & didn’t know I was sick. They busted their butts in ER, Thank you all so much. There were no beds but they kept me in ER through the night, next day a great room with continual docs, Nurses, CNA &many, many more. I ended up staying 5 days with constant Fantastic Staff throughout my stay, heck even the food & their staff were great. I’m sure I owe my life to all these people & I’ll always be grateful 💕Thanks Again!!!

My Mom just spent 5 days there in the Yellow Zone, during those 5 days the care was horrible. 3rd day there she had nobody offered to help clean her dentures, or help any with personal care. There is NO WARM/HOT water to wash your hands or clean up with. I am sure that doesn't follows the Dept of Health regulations. Post surgery for a hip replacement the staff crossed her legs and let the leg she just had surgery on fall off the bed while rolling her to her side!!! Her room was nasty and dirty, the house keeper only emptied her garbage, NOTHING else was done to clean her room. I talked with staff and got the run around and lied to. I was there and saw it. I work in the Health Care field and am embarrassed for my profession. This is basic nursing 101 not rocket science. I had to demand a RT eval, they wanted to send her home with a 02 of 84% !!! Asked for home health again was told we don't order home health for hip surgery!!!! I always thought your patience's come first, what has happened to our health care system? We had many other issues too, however I am trying to keep this short. I have referred family and friends to this hospital but after this experience I will think twice. I do what to say Thank you to 2 staff members in the yellow zone Erick NAC and Tiffany RN Thank you, your were awesome, to bad we didn't have you care for my mom for the whole 5 days stay.

Went to the ER tonight for possible appendicitis. It turned out not to be appendicitis but my care was wonderful here. Nurse Abbie in the ER was amazing! She was so helpful, kind, caring, and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Wilfort came in and advised me it was shift change for the Dr.’s but he stayed and helped me so that I could get a CT done and get the process going instead of waiting for the next shift of Dr.’s. He was very thorough and explained things very well! 3 minutes after the CT request was put in, the CT tech Juan was there to take me to get my scan done. I’m so thankful to of all those that helped me tonight. I recommend that if you live in Tri-Cities and need a good hospital go to this one. Thanks again to Nurse Abbie and Dr. Wilfort and Juan the CT tech for all your help and care!

I had a very good experience while being treated in the Emergency department on 11/24/2025 the lady I checked in with! Treated me very well. The next one was doing a cardio gram on me and in a very nice caring way showed me how to calm myself down enough so she could do her work! The people who took over from there were very respect and helped me. I had a kidney stone and i hadn’t ever experienced that kind of an intense pain before. As soon as i was seen they started working on my issue! Meds CT scan etc! The Rn’s and Doctor involved were very knowledgeable and kind. Treated me with respect and put up with me. I am not an easy patient I cussed a lot. I would definitely recommend going theee to anyone needing emergency care. Five out of fevers stars. Plus a couple for the CT Scan lady.
