I had cataract surgery and also upper and lower eyelid surgery. Both experiences were excellent in every way. In each case, the nursing staff members were extremely competent, helpful, and friendly. Both surgeries were on time and carefully coordinated, which helps patients to feel comfortable and well cared for. Dr. Le (cataract surgery) and Dr Copperman (eyelid surgery) explained the procedures in depth, answered questions, were personable, and contacted me following surgery to determine how I was doing. Follow-up appointments were also scheduled. Their surgical skill, personable responses, and support contributed greatly to my overall progress. I highly recommend Dr. Le and Dr. Copperman at Eye Associates Northwest. They are excellent!

I was very happy with my experience at Eye Associates NW in Ballard. I was hesitant to have cataract surgery and in the end it has made a great difference in my vision. They knew I was anxious and they helped me feel comfortable. Dr Cardinale did a great job and my healing was successful. If I would change anything it would be to not wait three months in between right eye and left eye surgery. That was my choice because of my needs.

Once again I was very satisfied with my appointment with Dr Zollman. I was able to get in on the same day that I called about an issue that arose that morning. Staff were friendly and professional. Parking easy. Dr Zollman is very personable and happy to answer questions. The only reason I give 4 stars rather than 5 is I reserve 5 for absolutely fantastic care (my preference is for caregivers with emphasis on wholistic and ‘natural’ care. Dr Zollman is open to that approach but is not his specialty). I would give 4.5 stars if that was an option. But I whole heartedly recommend Dr Zollman!

I have incredible trust in Dr. Lam, and continue to go for her care. However, since the office sold to private equity, their client service experience and especially dealing with the scheduling team and front desk have me considering a change for the first time in more than 15 years. I have experienced a lack of follow up, follow through, incorrect information given, lack of compassion and lack of knowledge by their client service team in the past year. I ended up getting my prescription redone at additional cost to me, and received much better care through America's Best in one hour than I received over weeks of messages and being ignored by the team at Eye Associates NW.
