I'm always nervous when I enter any type of medical facility. PCLI proved to me that you don't have to be uncomfortable and that they are professional in their approach and appearance. I had to two surgeries back to back ( one week apart) and my experience was very reassuring. They were attentive and took care of me every step of the way! The surgeon was very knowledgeable and walked me the whole (seven minutes by my count) process. Music was playing in the background and that was awesome! Most importantly they offered prayer and I was definitely on board with spiritual comfort! Well worth it and I can see clearly now! Pun intended! Haha Thank you PCLI!
