We are thoroughly disappointed with our experience with this clinic. My husband waited almost 4 weeks to start his physical therapy after receiving his referral, because it was incomplete and didn't include the diagnosis. The physician took 3 weeks to respond to our request to fix it, and nobody in the office was even close to being helpful. My husband's last follow up was rescheduled at the last minute due to their x-ray machine being broken, and the person on the phone told him one time and scheduled him for another, causing him to be "no-showed" for his rescheduled appointment when he showed up EIGHT minutes after the scheduled appointment, and the physician had already gone to lunch. I suppose there aren't many orthopedic clinics in this county, but if you can avoid this one, I'd highly recommend it.

So so far so good.I had surgery units going pretty well.I trust them, and i've been there for 2 different problems and my mother was there years ago for a problem with her hand also

This is a fine place with very helpful staff. I received a hearing test and it was done well and quickly. I would recommend this clinic.

When I got there for my appointment there were 3 reseptionist. One was on the phone talking extremely loud going a gf aunts all HIPA laws. The other 2 we’re talking I had to get there attention. The female that helped me was of some Asian origin and was more concerned about how my bill was going to get paid. And I had multiple charts and different insurances.etc. Then because she felt she needed to push back my appointment did so without even asking. And now this is 3 days later and none of the staff has sent a referral for me to get a CT Scan in Tacoma. And my Specialist wants the results ASAP!!! Terrible service will never recommend anyone there.

This clinic likes to deny mothers without informing them when making the appointment that the doctor “prefers” not to have children in their clinic. NEXT TIME HAVE IT IN BOLD. Don’t go here!! If they can’t do their jobs with a child in the room. That’s concerning. Some moms don’t have help and have no other choice.
