Avoid this place at all cost! On 09-02-2025 my wife had a procedure on her right arm at this facility. In Pre-Op Dr Satterfield, the Anesthesiologist, administered Versed without permission. An allergy to this drug Is well documented in her Chart. After he administered it, I asked him what he had given? He responded "Versed." I told him she had an allergy to this, and I pointed to the "RED ALLERGY" arm band. I then asked if he had read her chart. During surgery, Adhesive tape was used. The allergy to tape is also well documented in her chart. She had a severe reaction to this, also. After further observation, there is also what appears to be impact damage to the lateral side of her right breast. I would encourage prior research and due diligence before having a procedure at this facility. I'm absolutely sure we didn't agree to this negligence. Update: After receiving a case summary from the Washington Medical Commission it appears there have been other complaints. 2024-5164 Closed MD. MD00044987 Based on information provided, no violation of the law occurred. Complaint alleges respondent told patient the hospital would not benefit them and they would feel better if they went home to rest. Patent ended up being transferred to the hospital. 2024-15753 Closed MD 00044987 BT- Issues that have been otherwise resolved. Allegations are that if certain blood work would have been ordered, it would have indicated coagulopathy. Treatment with medication infusion and blood product transfusion could have commenced in sufficient time to prevent death. Know your Physician!!!!!!

Had a femoral hernia removal and everything went great they made me feel comfortable since I was clearly nervous. The nurses were gentle with the iv and were super friendly. Only issue I had was with the type of anesthesia, a type I have never had used on me before. Dr. Horn my surgery explained everything to me and made me feel completely safe.

HEADS UP FOR PEOPLE WITH PROVIDENCE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: Despite being in a Providence building and being called "Providence Surgery and Procedure Center" and Providence doctors performing surgery and procedures here, this facility is NOT run by Providence. The only reason this matters is if you have financial assistance with Providence. This facility doesn't accept that financial assistance program. I'm posting this so people can be made aware and hopefully save some money. It didn't work out that way for my husband's surgery and we weren't informed in advance that this was the case. If we had known, we would have tried to have the surgery performed at an actual Providence facility, like the hospital. The only reason we applied for assistance was for his procedure and even though we qualified at 100%, we still ended up paying $3000 due to this technicality. Please note: This review doesn't reflect on the surgery center itself. The doctors and nurses are great and we have always gotten excellent care there.

Staffing issue at this facility avoid if you can. Safe practices have been thrown to the wind.

Nurse Carly is the sweetest person I have ever met, and she made my day amazing (even with the surgery). She is a literal angel. All of the other nurses were also awesome!
